JR Direct returns to South Africa...

This past March, Tammy and Kris, joined by Mark Weeks, Cheri Duncan and Konrad Blonski from IDRS, traveled to South Africa to meet, once again, with the MOMI team in Cape Town.

Although it was a very long flight (seems to me we couldn’t work in two more distant cities), the amount of work that was accomplished more than justified the long distance.  We had five very productive days of meetings at the MOMi offices, bringing back home several new ideas, significant process improvements,  a more streamlined approach to our entire operations together, and a unified team approach as we continue to face industry and market challenges. 

Our trip was not only a success on the business side of things but also personally, as we took time to strengthen our relationships with the individuals we work so closely with at MOMI.   Some extraordinary highlights include a visit to Moyo, an outdoor buffet like no other; enjoying some exquisite Vin de Constance which was the perfect capper to a fantastic dinner and evening with our hosts; and an evening concert at Kirstenbosch, a massive outdoor garden that provided the perfect venue for a relaxing evening of music, friends, and wine.

As always, the entire MOMi team was generous with their time, and we wish to express our deepest gratitude for all the  time spent together.  Some pictures of our trip are below.
