New Face at JR Direct!.

JR Directs Administration staff Sonia Hrybko and Kathy MacRae, were happy to welcome a new member to their team on July 29th, even if it was just for the day.

Brittany Thackray (Tammy’s daughter) thoroughly enjoyed her day as a JR Direct employee. If you were lucky enough to call us on that day you would have noticed a slightly younger voice but we definitely did not lose out on the professionalism. Brittany handled the phones like a pro and those of us close to the phones got a few chuckles at the count down of “16 more calls mom” as Tammy attempted to bribe Brittany to leave for the day with a shopping trip. A few fake calls later and Brittany received her call quota and ended her first, of I believe many, temporary employment positions with JR Direct!
