Manager - Data Processing Services (DPS)

JR Direct is a highly respected international Direct Marketing firm located in Ladner, British Columbia.  We specialize in assisting our predominantly international clients target their marketing efforts through effective and efficient contemporary direct mail approaches.  We currently have a key opening on our management team for a Manager of our Data Processing Services area.  The incumbent will be responsible for client support, department operations and nurturing client growth.  They will work closely with corporate sales and marketing in developing plans for the promotion of DPS products and services.

The successful candidate will be focused on ensuring efficient and effective department operations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and supporting strategic growth plans for DPS products and services. To be effective and efficient in the role will require a strong appreciation for direct marketing techniques, information technology and data management coupled with exceptional organization, planning and leadership skills.  Applicants must possess excellent customer service communication and negotiation skills.  Preference will be given to those with Direct Marketing experience and complementary post- secondary education. The office computing environment includes Windows and MS Office Suite.
